Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate some elements of teamwork’s competence of the university students, to identify their weaknesses and potentials. The sample consisted of 245 students from different grades. In this study, the methodology consists of a self-evaluation and peer evaluation among members belonging to the same team; data were collected with the instrument Rubric RUTE (Teamwork’s Rubric). This evaluation multi-actors has a double dimension: first, it evaluates the subject from the information provided by teammates (coevaluation) and, in parallel, is the own subject who evaluates his/her competence of teamwork (self-evaluation). The results show that university students still have much room to further develop the competence of teamwork and should pay special attention to the "performance of partipantes according to the objectives" and to "the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to each member." A strategy to improve this deficit domain is strengthening its presence, preparation and evaluation in the initial training of graduates.
