Abstract
At this paper, we aim at verifying whether, at the end of the experiment, the learners have improved their competence in written production in English through Blogging with the use of Wordpress (https://wordpress.com) and with Google Docs. The action research model has been chosen in the current paper, in which we will analyze quantitative data. The current experiment was developed with a control group and with an experimental group with the purpose of measuring the functionality of the proposal, the acceptance and the motivation of the learners with the insertion of Blogging and/or Google Docs in their learning process. The results triggered that there were significant differences between both groups during the experiment, which allows concluding that the use of the ICT and, particularly, Blogging, is a determinant factor to improve written production in the English language.
